Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. 

How do I cancel my order?

Personalized Items:

We give all of our orders a 24 hour grace period for updates or changes. There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via help@tarotaddict.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll dispatch your order as is.

Non-Personalized Items:

Once you place an order for a non-personalized item it is automatically sent to production for processing. So, unfortunately, the order cannot be cancelled. 

Can I alter my order?

Personalized Items:

We allow a 24 hour grace period to account for any changes to your personalization. You can contact us help@tarotaddict.com for updates/changes. Once the 24 hour period has passed, your order will be processed as is.

Non-personalized Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot alter orders for non-personalized items after the order has been placed.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to the United States only, once our business expands we plan to ship worldwide. 

How much is shipping?

  • Standard shipping in the U.S. is $4.95.
  • Domestic priority shipping is a flat rate of $14.00. You can choose the priority shipping option at checkout.
  • Free shipping if you spend $60 or more.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We only allow returns for damage or manufacturing error. All of our products are made to order. Personalized product orders are given a 24 hour grace period for changes, so please be sure your personalization order is correct. Non-personalized orders are automatically sent to production.

To return damaged items, please contact our customer service team via help@tarotaddict.com. Return requests are reviewed & approved or denied within 48 hours of receipt. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you a return label/details by email. You need to print the return label and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. 

Return Criteria:

  • Order number & date of purchase
  • Clear picture of damage or manufacturing error
  • Best contact email for correspondence

Misc

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. You'll have the option to enter the recipient's details on the product page before you add to cart.
